Stars Rating

Having the ability to retain the stars rating metadata from Lightroom or other software. Display it and have the client change it or add their own rating (even better), would be a great addition. This is crucial to our workflow with clients, especially for commercial fashion shoot and fashion product shoots. With the current approval options, our clients would not be able to find out at a glance, which shots we already rated and how highly rated each shot is compared to others within the gallery. Also changing the order of the gallery. Our clients have a need to do their own edits. Especially when narrowing down hundreds of shots from a single day shoot. Clients, art and creative directors like the option of rating multiple similar shots higher or lower, especially when editing down for retouching or toward a final edit.

Sub Gallery Access

Please make a feature where you can decide if a Sub Gallery is accessible for everyone or not. I would like to make a main Gallery for weddings with only Sub Galleries for all my clients in it. I then would love to have the feature to decide if the Sub Gallery is accessible for everyone who visits my Main Gallery or not - because not everyone wants to be public. The download of the gallery or individual pictures should only be available for my clients and their guests with a password.

Public API

It would be useful to have access to your API in order to be able to write your integrations/automations.

360 Spin Support

It would be great if we could add a 360 Spin into a gallery from somebody like Sirv.com. That way we can avoid having multiple galleries for clients to review.

Anchor Links Sections

Please, anchor links, as top navigation in sections within the galleries, for easier navigation, for both desktop and mobile.

Multiple Gallery Links for Different Users

Ability to have multiple different users access a gallery through a link. All with different passwords and options so they can have different favorite lists, etc.

White Label Option

I see many cool features and options on the way, I was curious about a full white-label option for picflow? I would love to have the resources to create such a great platform but that isn't in the cards, however I am willing to pay more for an option like this, the goal for me in this is: If in the future an option for team members is available within the picflow account that they would login via> ie. subdomain "app.lystpros.com" with a white-label login page for picflow that also allows for a white label branded version for our team members as well. Downloads for Approved Customers Only

As a photo press agency, I want my clients to be able to download files, but not just anyone. In short, I would like a customer to be able to log in to your site, after which he/she will be given the option to download while a visitor without a login does not have that. Of course it would also be nice if you could see from 1 overview who downloaded which photo and when.

Picflow Profile Improvements

Make Picflow Profile a real page. With ability to add description, logo(!), gallery view control, search capability. Let it be worth connecting it to your own domain and show it to customers!

Workflow Mode as Default View

Hey loving what you are doing with this product. Think it's exactly what I've been looking for. I would love to make advanced mode the default for clients. And maybe call it something other than 'advanced mode'. Most of my clients are not very tech savvy. 'Advanced mode' might scare them.

Buttons for Copying Links to Embeds

I share/deliver video and other media that is hosted elsewhere. You can embed video to preview, but in order to share a link to be copied for use by clients, I would have to add it into a text block. That's OK, but it could be slick to have clickable buttons or a drop-down menu to copy the links to embeds. It could sit somewhere that follows the logic of your UI. Also, I sometimes deliver branded and unbranded versions. So some control to add additional links per preview would be nice.

Quicker way of adding a gallery to my public profile

Right now, there are too many steps to add a gallery to my public profile. I would love to see a switch in the SHARE settings of a gallery to add it to the profile. Additionally, when viewing a list of galleries, clicking on the 3 dots for each gallery will also give me an option to add it to my public profile. What do you think?

Save Searches

Ability to save a folder from a search. Like if I wanted to search for all images with a specific tag and status.

Asset Uploads Activity

As public uploads is now available, it will be great to get activity notifications and receive email when someone uploads assets.

Search for Images, Tags, and Metadata

It would be great to have an improved search functionality on Picflow across all galleries and images.

Trash Bin

Let's you have a second chance to recover an asset, gallery, or folder you may have deleted by accident.

Multiple Labels

Ability to let reviewers tag assets with multiple custom tags so we can see how different clients may have different needs for one single image (e.g. if green = email marketing and orange = out-of-home marketing and they both want to use one image, they can each tag it and make it clear what the usage intent is for that image holistically)

White Background Option for the Asset View

Picflow has a clean, white interface. Until someone clicks on an image to see it larger, when it is now displayed against a dark background, destroying the effect. Why? At the very least, make it a gallery setting option to maintain the white background. The switch to the dark one feels outdated and clunky.

Open Comments on Thumbnails

It would be great if we could see the comments made to a picture on the thumbnail. And if you click on an image, it should show the comments. Thanks! :)

Facial Recognition

It would be very nice to have facial recognition with this system. (like with google photo's) So we can find our members easy and share personal highlights.

Activity visibility in "Workflows" tab to show all activity from sub-galleries from top level (Gallery)

I have a Gallery with dozens of sub-Galleries. I have multiple guest users (clients) commenting, liking, adding photos across all sub-galleries. Currently, I need to click into a specific sub-Galleries for the activity data to appear in the “Workflow” tab. If I’m in the top level Gallery view, I see no activity data in “Workflows” tab for sub-galleries. If I can be at the root level (Gallery View) and have visibility project wide (really, just into all sub-galleries) this would be incredibly helpful to filter and track activity with guest users (clients).

Video Support

As we become more and more hybrid shooters (photo & video) it would be great if we can add videos to the galleries.

Capture One Integration

I would LOVE to see Capture One compatibility. Where I could directly export from Capture One to Picflow and my ratings are imported back to Capture One. If you could nail this, you'd have a huge market of the world's top tier photographers. Capture One (over Lightroom) is the industry standard for Pro Photographers.
