Multiple Labels

Ability to let reviewers tag assets with multiple custom tags so we can see how different clients may have different needs for one single image (e.g. if green = email marketing and orange = out-of-home marketing and they both want to use one image, they can each tag it and make it clear what the usage intent is for that image holistically)
