FTP would be perfect for uploading directly from Photo Mechanic 6.

Yes please, transmitting pictures from camera to Picflow ftp server would be nice. All professional cameras allow to setup up a ftp acces point with account name and password. I myself use this feature quite a lot with Canon 1dx , 1dx2 & 1dx3 . At a customer event or whatever it simplifies your workflow and avoids the laptop hassle. It should be possible to make some kind of Picflow default map with your FTP transferred images.
