Having the ability to retain the stars rating metadata from Lightroom or other software.Display it and have the client change it or add their own rating (even better), would be a great addition. This is crucial to our workflow with clients, especially for commercial fashion shoot and fashion product shoots.With the current approval options, our clients would not be able to find out at a glance, which shots we already rated and how highly rated each shot is compared to others within the gallery.Also changing the order of the gallery. Our clients have a need to do their own edits. Especially when narrowing down hundreds of shots from a single day shoot. Clients, art and creative directors like the option of rating multiple similar shots higher or lower, especially when editing down for retouching or toward a final edit.

Please make a feature where you can decide if a Sub Gallery is accessible for everyone or not.I would like to make a main Gallery for weddings with only Sub Galleries for all my clients in it. I then would love to have the feature to decide if the Sub Gallery is accessible for everyone who visits my Main Gallery or not - because not everyone wants to be public.The download of the gallery or individual pictures should only be available for my clients and their guests with a password.

I would love to set a maximum of downloads for a client. Example: they get access to 15 images, but are only allowed for 5 downloads. Would be a lovely feature for my business (ability to upsell if they would like more images :-))

As a photo press agency, I want my clients to be able to download files, but not just anyone. In short, I would like a customer to be able to log in to your site, after which he/she will be given the option to download while a visitor without a login does not have that.Of course it would also be nice if you could see from 1 overview who downloaded which photo and when.

Hey loving what you are doing with this product. Think it's exactly what I've been looking for. I would love to make advanced mode the default for clients. And maybe call it something other than 'advanced mode'. Most of my clients are not very tech savvy. 'Advanced mode' might scare them.

I share/deliver video and other media that is hosted elsewhere. You can embed video to preview, but in order to share a link to be copied for use by clients, I would have to add it into a text block. That's OK, but it could be slick to have clickable buttons or a drop-down menu to copy the links to embeds. It could sit somewhere that follows the logic of your UI. Also, I sometimes deliver branded and unbranded versions. So some control to add additional links per preview would be nice.

Right now, there are too many steps to add a gallery to my public profile. I would love to see a switch in the SHARE settings of a gallery to add it to the profile.Additionally, when viewing a list of galleries, clicking on the 3 dots for each gallery will also give me an option to add it to my public profile.What do you think?

I would LOVE to see Capture One compatibility. Where I could directly export from Capture One to Picflow and my ratings are imported back to Capture One.If you could nail this, you'd have a huge market of the world's top tier photographers. Capture One (over Lightroom) is the industry standard for Pro Photographers.
