As it looks like now, a client can send a gallery to whomever they like, they can just share the link. I would like the option to limit that.

You can now invite people with an email address and turn off public access.

Absolutely, we are working on more improvements and privacy controls (similar to Google Docs). You would be able to limit access based on emails.
