Hi, I think it may be a great idea for my clients to be able to change any image in the gallery to black and white and have the option to download in black and white also...

Upload speed appears throttled. What are the chances of increasing this speed and improving customer retention?

I want to congratulate the team for the very good job they've made. I'm testing in the same time Pixieset, Smugmug and Pic-time... and you're the best and the easiest. Unfortunately I will leave Picflow if I don't have a bulk download solution for favorites, it's very important for my activity :) Best :)

Is there this valuable option for me to allow clients to BULK DOWNLOAD a limited number of FAVORITES ?

I would LOVE to see Capture One compatibility. Where I could directly export from Capture One to PicFlow and my ratings are imported back to Capture One. If you could nail this, you'd have a huge market of the world's top tier photographers. Capture One (over Lightroom) is the industry standard RAW converter.
