My client wants to quickly see her favourites and flagged images. Unless i'm missing something i can't see how to do this.

Hi Barry, when using the public link, you have to enable the advanced mode in the gallery settings. You can also add members to your gallery and give them edit access. I'd suggest you try this by opening the link in a private window.

Can the client be a member?

Barry Gillespie: Click on share and add their emails. It woks similar to Google Docs. Gallery members need a Picflow account, with the public link they don't.
