Having multiple e-mail presets for different sort of work (e.g. wedding shoots, events, birthdays email text templates) made it so much easier and more professional, instead of having to copy/paste text from notepad. Also, having the history of people I’ve already emailed would be much appreciated, I’ve got recurring clients.
