Website won't load for clients

I recently started using Picflow and have done shoots for 3 clients, and all 3 clients have had trouble loading their galleries. When they click the gallery link, even after creating their own Picflow profiles, it is completely blank and they cannot see their gallery. It seems they can only access their galleries on their mobile phone and not computers. It is quite frustrating!

    Hi Jericka, there seems to be an issue with some accounts who invite collaborators as guests. We are still investigating this. Please try to send them the gallery link instead of inviting them. I will get back to you ASAP with an update.
