Website won't load for clients

I recently started using Picflow and have done shoots for 3 clients, and all 3 clients have had trouble loading their galleries. When they click the gallery link, even after creating their own Picflow profiles, it is completely blank and they cannot see their gallery. It seems they can only access their galleries on their mobile phone and not computers. It is quite frustrating!
