Videos are no longer playing after uploading....

Anytime I upload a video recently it'll show it was successfully uploaded, but then this box appears instead of the video. I figured it was in the process of uploading but it's been this way for over 48 hours. I've deleted and reuploaded videos ranging in different lengths and the issue persists across the board.
