Turn Off Low Resolution Playback

Currently when playing a 4K video file, it defaults to 1080p or 720p. Even though the monitor isn't 4K resolution, the bitrate on PicFlow's compressed version looks noticeably worse. I'd like my 4K videos to play back at their intended resolution.
