Turn Off Low Resolution Playback

Currently when playing a 4K video file, it defaults to 1080p or 720p. Even though the monitor isn't 4K resolution, the bitrate on PicFlow's compressed version looks noticeably worse. I'd like my 4K videos to play back at their intended resolution.

    Hi Ethan, there is no low-res playback that we can turn off. The player adjusts things automatically based on a few factors. Can you please share a gallery link and your speedtest results: https://www.speedtest.net/
