Talent approval

Hello Picflow team,

We are using Picflow to collect photo approvals from talent, and we would like to request a feature that makes it easy to see, for each photo, who approved or rejected it.

Our use case

We create one gallery per talent (about 10 talents or more) and ask each talent or their representative to approve or reject photos.
Some photos are shared by everyone (group shots), some by only a few people, and some are solo photos that only one person needs to approve.
A photo can only be used if every person who appears in it has approved it.

What is difficult today

As far as we can tell, decisions are reviewed gallery by gallery. We can filter a gallery by Approved or Rejected and export filenames, but we cannot see, for one photo, each reviewer's decision (approved, rejected, or no reply) in a single view.
When the same photo is in several galleries, we have to combine the results manually (we currently compare exported filename lists outside Picflow).
We cannot easily tell which reviewers have not yet replied for a given photo.

What we would like to see

A per-photo view showing each reviewer's decision (Approved / Rejected / No reply), with the reviewer name and timestamp.
A way to define required approvers per photo (for example, by tagging the people in the photo) and an automatic overall status, such as "all required approvers approved", "at least one rejected", or "waiting for replies".
A consolidated view or filter that works across multiple galleries for the same photo.
