Summary of usage period, suggestions for improvement

Suggestions from a professional photographer (and happy potential Pro subscriber):

First of all — I really appreciate how stable and fast the platform is. It’s already a pleasure to use, and with just a few improvements, I’d feel confident recommending it to my entire network of photographer colleagues.

Bigger batch downloads for RAW files – When I send RAWs, I often need to download 1,000+ files in one go. Currently, it’s capped at around 200–300, and even then, downloads sometimes fail despite my fast fiber connection.

Direct mobile downloads – As the creator/owner, I’d love to select multiple or specific images and download them straight to my phone. It would make my workflow much smoother, especially when I’m on the go.

Simpler gallery settings – A “default settings” option with quick access would save a lot of setup time and reduce repetitive work.

More professional site options – Having the choice to present my work in a more polished, website-like format (not just a gallery list) would be a big step up for branding.

Built-in Hebrew language support – This would make life much easier for both me and my clients, keeping everything clear and simple.

With these changes, I believe the platform could become the go-to choice for many professionals in my field.

    Bigger batch downloads: How large is one of those galleries? Please share a link with help@picflow.com.

    Direct mobile downloads: You can do this in workflow mode on mobile. We probably have to make this easier to find and use.

    Gallery settings: You can already create your own preset and set one to default.

    Professional site options: Thanks for this! We won't move into a website direction but having more options on the profile is definitely a good idea

    Hebrew language: We plan to add translations but Hebrew might be a bit further away as a second phase.

      yosef mizrachi Ok I see. This is a 75+ GB gallery with RAW files. I would not recommend RAW downloads for such a big event gallery. This is also making life hard for event guests as these could easily be JPGs at 1-2MB each. You could upload resized JPG's or disable the RAW download option in the gallery. I would recommend using RAW for commercial projects where you have to collaborate with retouchers or agencies.

      yosef mizrachi: Can you share a download link from an alternative where you can download a 100 GB ZIP in one go? This does not even work with Google Drive. Happy to check it.
