Reflect camera's shutter speed in image details and workflow filters

Currently, shutter speed of a photo is displayed in a form of decimal fraction (i.e. 0.0008, 0.250) instead of actual one (1/1000, 1/600, etc). Please introduce a change or an option to show shutter speed as a real one, got from image's EXIF/metadata.
