Option to manually sort and/or adjust the creation date of galleries

Option to manually sort and/or adjust the creation date of galleries in a folder. I have a sorting issue caused by uploading older archive photos into a folder with more recent galleries, but I want them all to be displayed in "chronological" (ie: date taken) order with newer galleries.

Current options are only "date created", "last modified", or "alphabetical" none of which quite do what I need.
