Non-downloadable and dowloadable gallery option

It would be great if we could have the option as admin to choose which gallery/sub gallery a client can download. I'm a wedding- fitness- and real estate photographer and send out all photos (with a watermark) to the client to choose their own photo favorites for editing. Then they can only download the edited photos I then upload, but can still "view" the watermarked ones, should they require more photos afterwards.
