Local watch folder upload

This may be complex, but what is the possibility of integration with cloud storage services to enable auto-uploads from a local 'watch' folder?

I process images to a local folder before upload to Picflow, so the ability to upload as I go rather than dumping everything in at once, then waiting for the upload to complete, would save time on location jobs.
