Improved Reviewer Notifications

Working with a reviewer can be very interactive. New versions of images and other changes to a gallery can occur over several days. There needs to be an automatic way for the reviewer to be notified that a change has occured. Email notifications are fine, but you may want to provide the option for immediate notification vs. digest notifications per day.
