You would do well with a document and even better yet, a video that would show best practices on how to cull through a shoot.
I just shared a set of 3 galleries with a client who manages 3 medical practices. she then asked the location managers to go through the selections and then her job was to use that as a guide to make her final selections.
What would have been nice is to have a funnelling process to make the process easier. It ended up being a lot of back and forth and instead of what should have been one day, took 2 weeks! In many cases, the people making selections have no idea what they're doing. So maybe an instruction set with more granular permissions would be necessary.
For example, location manager can only like, dislike or leave unrated.
Then the decision maker can then select from there but each person that rates a file, would then be identifiable.
Does that make sense?
