Easier and quicker way to create and rename folders and galleries

Firstly, I love Picflow, you guys rock, and keep doing what you're doing, it's amazing.

It would be great if I could have one page on which I could set up a templated folder/gallery structure. I am a photographer and send out a link for my clients to review their shots, and then a second one from where they can download their finished retouched photos.

I use pretty much the same format for all of them, which is:

Folder with CLIENTNAME

And then two galleries contained within called 'CLIENTNAME REVIEW' and 'CLIENTNAME RETOUCHES'

Right now, I create a folder, then create the gallery, hit browser back button, create a second gallery. Each time waiting for the page to refresh. I know that sounds like very little work, but once you do it ten times a week, it gets boring.

Dropbox isn't a good place to review shots., but I used to use Dropbox for all this, and I had automated folder creation on my computer based on a client's name and then I could just drag the entire folder structure to Dropbox.

That would be amazing if that was possible.

Second best option would be I could go to the dashboard and create a new folder, and then from the same page create galleries without the page refreshing. I.e. if there was just a button to create folder, which would open a text box and I could enter the details and click OK, without it taking me to the new page. I could then create new galleries from the same place, but stay on the same page.
