DAM search capability

i work for a large wedding florist company that needs to organize the thousands of different designs we do each year. each design needs to be easily searchable with many key words at one time. we have paragraphs written underneath each design/gallery to help us write our invoices and flower and hardware count. each gallery needs to easily be found by typing in about 5 words that appear in the paragraphs below. i need that if i type in those random 5 words that only the galleries with those 5 words will show up. currently i need to type in the exact order of words shown in the small description under the title which does not help us with what we need in a photo organizing software.
