Create Duplicate Filenames

On iOS, using Safari or Chrome to upload a photo via the "Take Photo or Video" option generates a file named "Image.jpg" every time, causing duplicate file issues in Picflow. Every photo taken through the "Take Photo or Video" option is named "Image.jpg," leading to duplicates that can only be replaced or skipped.
