After considering Wetransfer and Pictime for about 2 weeks, I spent 20 minutes looking into Picflow and loved it!
What I would need to zap:
- Payment link data
- Delivery link data
- Cover image URLS for the collections/albums ready to deliver

We release files for download once a client pays the invoice. It would be great to to be able to use zapier to trigger things such as downloads and other settings like watermarks. Right now it is a manual process.

Michel Luarasi: certainly, first of all, picflow is wonderful! The ability to create a gallery based on the actions of my clients, for example my client places and order on my website and creates an appointment that would trigger a “zap” that then creates a gallery, ready to simply upload images once they are complete. It seems like a very simple task but we are producing and delivering anywhere from 5-15 shoots per day and this can become a time consuming task. There is a current solution we use where there is possible as well as from within that system can send a client delivery email. Hope this makes sense.

TRUSS MEDIA: Thanks a lot! Wow, quite a bit of daily output :) We'll check how to integrate with Zapier and post an update here. FYI: Some features in the pipeline like default gallery settings and presets will also help save time.
