Yes we use HighTail from OpenText currently for which we do upload image projects but also allocate "spaces" for PDF and Document Uploads which provide a "preview" of the document which is nice. So this feature would be welcomed.

For us it is used as a Repository for Projects, such as we may have a large amount of PDF's along with Docs that may go along with a Photo Shoot for example, so have a sub folder that can hold PDF's and even Doc or Excel files (with possible preview - thumb nails) this is what HighTail offers would be the use case for us.
