Allow templates for gallery layouts. Presets are ok for general permissions, but an overall template of colors, sizes, titles, etc. for how a gallery is visually presented would be excellent.

Style sheet for galleries
Christopher Parkes
Would it be possible to set the font, placement and header style (eg stripes, frame) for an entire gallery rather than doing it one by one?
Thanks team! Appreciate how hard you work to improve the platform all the time!

Gallery Themes is now available in beta! This is a major update and includes several new features and styling options:
- Choose from a range of predefined themes or create your own custom look.
- New cover design options: Frame, Fade, and Stripes.
- New font styles and additional controls, such as letter spacing, weights, and capitalization.
- Ambient mode that casts a gentle light into the background of an asset.
- Rounded corner option for assets
We're actively working on refining this and adding more features. We welcome your feedback and suggestions! Thanks!

Michel Luarasi Love this new implementation! A few things that I would love to see
- Default theme to set when creating a new gallery
- Custom typefaces for branding consistency
- Customizable iconography for social icons at the bottom of galleries.
- Adding the ability to add default sections for custom themes. E.g. having A photo media section, and a video sub gallery section when the default theme is applied. Maybe calling it something else like Gallery Templates?
Overall, huge update to Picflow and I’m absolutely loving it! Keep up the great work.

Zack Miskie Thanks! Setting a theme as default is in progress and should be soon available during the beta. We'll look at custom fonts separately as well. What do you imagine regarding the social icons? Different styles? We'll align the icon colors with the fonts soon. Thanks again.
Zack Miskie
Michel Luarasi Different styles for social icons meaning there are just a variety of icons to choose from whether that be thin, bold, circle, square, etc. I think the color options would also be much appreciated as well!

Zack Miskie Completely agree here and great to see the continued updates rolling out. I echo the need on the default gallery/template ability which will help maximize these updates you made!! Nicely done!!!

GALLERY THEMES

It would be amazing if there are few themes to pic and choose, or let the users have the option to create themes and save. That way they can use them when sharing photos with the clients. More like a website photo gallery for clients. Right now I feel like it feels basic.

This would be very extremely I do many jobs that need the same setup (like for weddings they all have sections for highlights, getting ready, ceremony, speeches, first dance, reception, etc.). Having templates for these layouts and settings would streamline the process and help with consistency across galleries. I even tried making my own template and then duplicating the gallery, but you cant even do that either

Section Setting Presets

Add section settings to presets to allow for standard grid layouts, etc. Right now I have to adjust sizing, gapping ,etc manually.

Is there a custom Gallery Design Template or custom Asset Preset you can apply to new galleries?
Chase Daniel
I'm new to pic flow, but I love how you can create custom presets for the back end of your gallery settings (such as who can view, download, comment, etc.) but when I create a new gallery all of my asset design is set to a default settings (aside from title font and color) The asset width is set to medium and cover photo to half, and I like to have a full cover size and full width gallery. I am having to adjust these for every gallery I create and cannot see myself doing that in the long run for all my client galleries. Is there an option to create a custom preset or template for the design of your gallery? So the asset spacing and size, etc is always the same? Any help would be appreciated!

Default template for gallery text
Kris Anderson
Would there be any value in having the ability to create a template that can be applied to a gallery? For example - if I have a bunch of similar jobs and it would be useful to give similar instructions, having a text block on the designer page (above the photos) to give those instructions would be great... and having a template automatically applied would be super convenient.
It's easy enough to have the text somewhere else and cut and paste, so there's an easy workaround.

I echo this request as I put in the same. This would be HUGE!

This is very helpful, a custom preset for grid, size, gap, width, height for all the galleries. Also the ability to choose size and gap with numbers.
