In a linear post-production process, uploading the original PSB working file to a shared space is valuable. It allows the next post-production person to work with the original, access the Photoshop stack for generating additional TIF versions (v2, v3, etc.) based on client requests, and bring back elements from the live, working files if needed. This process is highly backward compatible and flexible.
