Email digest interval of 4 hours ignored

I've got my email digest notification set to 4 hours. At the moment, I'm getting notifications for one of my galleries (the one starting with "Emily") pretty often; tonight I had emails at 8:23pm, 8:52pm, 8:55pm and 9:10pm from that one gallery. I suspect that email digest interval hasn't stuck?

Hi Kris, we found the problem. We have fixed your case so you should now only receive emails every 4 hours. However, there is still an underlying issue that we will fix soon.

Nathan Felix: Ah you guys are awesome. I should have said that a short-term fix for me isn't super important, it's not a killer at all, but thought you want want to know about the bug :)
